While sanctioning the conditional bail, the court asked Mohan Reddy to surrender his passport, not to leave the country and report to the local police station daily. He was released from the district jail in the afternoon. Based on the complaint lodged by the family members of Ken Crest School owner, Prasada Rao, who committed suicide unable to tolerate torture by ASI and gang, Karimnagar Town-II police arrested Mohan Reddy on November 1, 2015 and sent him for judicial remand.
