We will avoid legal hurdles: Eatala
Minister for Finance, Eatala Rajender assured that they will regularise contract employees and avoid any legal issues that may arise in due process. Replying to a query during Question Hour in Legislative Council on Tuesday, Rajender said that the services of personnel, who meet the conditions prescribed will be regularised.

Replying to a query during Question Hour in Legislative Council on Tuesday, Rajender said that the services of personnel, who meet the conditions prescribed will be regularised.
“The government has initiated the process of making regularization, a reality,” he said. The Minister said that the government would provide employment 1.07 lakh people, from which about 58,000 posts were identified in various departments and these includes posts of head of the departments.
He assured that the fate of 25,589 contractual personnel working in Telangana would be resolved at the earliest. “As per the cabinet decision taken recently, the government would be taking up the issue while reducing any chances of legal hurdles,” he reiterated. According to the Minister, the actual department wise number and additional financial burden on the exchequer will be known only on completion of the process to identify the eligible persons for regularisation.
