58,490 appear for constable test
Highlights
The police constable recruitment exam held at 156 centres in Nalgonda, Suryapet, Miryalaguda and Kodad in the district on Sunday was concluded peacefully. The exam was conducted from 2.30 to 5.30 pm. A total of 70,000 candidates applied for constable posts in the district. 58,490 aspirants opted Nalgonda centre and 55,306 attended the exam.

Large number of police was deployed and 144 section was imposed at the exam centers to avoid any untoward incidents. District SP Vikram Jeet Duggal inspected N G College centre in Nalgonda along with Exam Observer Dharma Naik.
