Nalgonda: Two rival Congress groups entered into a verbal war over the missing of a leader’s name on the flexi. The incident occurred at a programme organised marking Rajiv Gandhi death anniversary at Miryalaguda on Saturday. The supporters of Congress Miryalguda block president Chintha Reddy Srinivas Reddy and town president Thirunagaru Bhargav argued with each other as Chintha Reddy Srinivas Reddy’s name was mentioned on the flexi.

Later jostling took place between them. Miryalaguda MLA N Bhaskar Rao, who was present there, got alerted and advised both the groups to keep calm and would discuss the internal matters separately. Differences between Chintha Reddy Srinivas Reddy and Bhargava have reportedly developed over the selection of Municipal co-option member a few months ago.
