" Is state govt took the note of the accident yesterday"

OSCAR extends the deepest sorrow and condolences to those who lost their lives in the arm dump blast yesterday. It is tragic that many civilians also caught in the act of dance of death and let us wait and see it that it is terrorist attack or accident till the inquiry is completed in few days to come.

Now the State Govt have subject to ponder over. The LMA gave a letter to AP High Court to Hon’ble Justice P. Naveen Rao in PIL No 62 and 82 of 2014, & W.P No 5772, 5782 and 11321 of 2014 that the security threat to Indian Army’s establishments is more grave and serious as per the intelligence inputs placed before the Court (Paragraph 54) and also by saying that they have arms and have LeT threat to the same. This is nothing but a citation I am quoting from the court order out of the counter filed.

More so, Sri Vishnuverdhan Reddy, Assistant Solicitor General, representing Union of India made elaborate submissions before the Hon’ble Justice P. Naveen Rao in the above matter that the terrorist carry out regularly attacks on security forces in Jammu Kashmir and Assam now also all likely in SECB area. As per the inputs from the security agencies, there is imminent security threat in Hyderabad (paragraph 26). This is also a citation from the counter of the LMA.

If it is true that based on intelligence inputs, if more than 12 roads in the Yapral/Bolarum and AOC Centre areas in Secunderabad Cantonment have already been closed 24x7 such eventuality, then yesterday incidents proves our arguments that the civilians in more threat than LMA, if they have a secret armed dump here in SCB area. Now they say that another 4 roads – Entrenchment Road, Wellington Road, Ordnance Road and Gough Road also have night restrictions on them due to such threats. It means, by closing the public roads the Army is for fully insulating from terrorist’s attacks??? But such events of attacks, does this is not exposing the civilian to such attacks as the densely populated civilian areas is just only 800 meters and not 23 kms as the case may be in case of yesterday incident and they shall act as Army’s human fortress.

Let us be clear. Since the terrorists to the conflict adopt means of injuring the Indian Army is not unlimited, they shall go all out in their operations to the destruction of the military resources, and shall not leave even the civilian population outside the sphere of armed attacks during such crossfire. In the history of any terrorist’s attack mainly the civilian only were the victims more in numbers than armed forces.

We must bring this to MOD notice and remove the armed dump from SCB Area and free all roads immediately.
