TDP demands rollback of bus fare hikes.

​Kagaznagar (Adilabad): District Telugu Desam Party (TDP) vice-president Raavi Srinivas demanded the state government to rescind its decision to hike the TSRTC bus fares and the power tariff.

Addressing the media, he said that the general public would suffer a lot if the prices of buses and electricity were increased at the same time.

He said that the people were already facing lot of hardships due to the abnormal rise in the prices of essential commodities and vegetables and urged the government not to burden them further. Later, the TDP leaders presented a memorandum to the Tahsildar.
