Hyderabad: The Hans India thanks the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation for repairing the manhole on Ameerpet main road which would help in preventing fatal accidents. It may be mentioned here that The Hans India and the HMTV have taken up a campaign ‘Jago Re,’ and installed sign boards at various places in the city where dangerous manholes were found.
This manhole right in the middle of the road was open for several days leading to several two-wheeler riders meeting with accidents resulting in injuries. We hope that the civic authorities would swiftly act in regard to other manholes.
