Nalgonda: TPCC chief Uttam Kumar Reddy stated Nagarjuna Sagar dam was dried up after K Chandrashekar Rao sworn in as the Chief Minister. He slammed the TRS government for its anti-public policies at the party workers meeting at Miryalaguda on Sunday.

Addressing the party workers as the chief guest, he criticised the government of ignoring the problems of cotton farmers and their suicides in the State. ‘Chief Minister KCR is keeping the public under illusion on double bedroom houses, 12 percentage reservation to Muslim minorities and three acres land to poor SCs’.

He described MP Gutha Sukender Reddy and MLA Bhasker Rao as chameleons, who shifted loyalties recently.

CLP floor leader K Jana Reddy stated that Congress supremo Sonia Gandhi walking the talk carved Telangana State to realise the dreams of the people of this region.

Miryalaguda Assembly constituency was developed in all aspects during Congress tenure and reiterated that he will quit the politics if KCR implements his promise of 12 percent reservation to Muslims and irrigation water for two crops under Nagarjuna Sagar project.

Party MLCs Shabbir Ali, Rajagopal Reddy and Mallu Ravi speeches filled enthusiasm in the cadre.

MLA Komatireddy Venkat Reddy, DCC president Budida Bikshamaiah, former ZP chairman Kasireddy Narayana Reddy, former MLA Ramireddy Damoder Reddy, local leaders and cadre participated in the meeting.
