An elderly couple were robbed of their valuables, including jewellery and cash while they were travelling by train to Hyderabad from Bengaluru on Saturday.

Bengaluru on Saturday.
They lodged a complaint with Secunderabad Railway police immediately after getting off from the train on Sunday morning.
As per the complaint made by B V Shastri, the couple had realised that their bag with all the valuables was stolen after the train crossed
Guntakal railway station. He suspected that some passengers, who boarded the B5 and B6 at Guntakal, could have robbed their valuables
which included 12 tolas of gold, Rs 40,000 in cash and credit cards, besides expensive medicines. The railway police after registering a
complaint began investigation.
