Prof K Stevenson new PR Advisor for OU
Prof K Stevenson has been appointed as Advisor, Public Relations, Osmania University. Currently the Head of the Journalism Department, he has over two decades of research, teaching and administrative experience.
Hyderabad: Prof K Stevenson has been appointed as Advisor, Public Relations, Osmania University. Currently the Head of the Journalism Department, he has over two decades of research, teaching and administrative experience.
Earlier, Prof K Stevenson served as In-charge Director, Educational Multi-Media Research Centre and was the Principal Investigator for three major media research projects of the Government of Andhra Pradesh.
He started his career as a journalist for Deccan Chronicle and later joined the Central Institute of English and Foreign Languages (now EFLU) as a Research Associate.
A recognised research supervisor, he guided four M Phil candidates and two Ph D scholars. He has authored two books besides publishing several articles in mass media journals in India and abroad. Prof K Stevenson also worked in the Gulf for a couple of years and his areas of interest include conflicts, violence and education.
