There would be no large changes in the weather during the subsequent three days, the weather bulletin added. According to the bulletin, Sunday’s low pressure area moved away and now lies over the southwest Madhya Pradesh and its neighbourhood. The associated upper air cyclonic circulation extends up to 7.6 km above the mean sea level and tilting south-westwards with height persists.
The axis of monsoon trough at the mean sea level is now passing through Barmer, centre of low pressure area over southwest MP and its neighbourhood, Akola, Bramhapuri, Kalingapatnam and then towards south-eastwards to east-central Bay of Bengal.
During the last 24 hours ending at 8.30 AM on Monday, rains occurred at a few places over the State of Telangana.
Places like Sarangapur (Karimnagar district), Banswada, Lingampet, Nagareddipet, Yellareddy and Tadwai (all in Nizamabad district ) received 2 cm of rainfall each, while Gandhari, Boath, Ramayampet, Adilabad, Medak, Pinapaka, Venkatapuram, Gambhiraopet, Birkoor, Bhiknoor and Kothagudem receiving 1 cm rainfall each, the bulletin added.
