Mystery box makes cops edgy

Pargi: A box which was found while demolishing an old house in the market yard here on Friday sent cops on toes as nobody was sure what the box was containing.

Deputy Superintendent of Police, along with the police staff, reached the spot and inspected it. He said the box would be opened in the presence of Mandal Revenue Officer on Saturday.

Manohar, the owner of the house, said he purchased it from a person belonging to Vikarabad. Locals suspect that the box must have gold in it as the house was an ancient one.
