Youth preparing for competitive job tests have to be confident and focus on their goal, advised the Commissioner of Police, V Ravinder.

Palakurthy: Youth preparing for competitive job tests have to be confident and focus on their goal, advised the Commissioner of Police, V Ravinder. He addressed a gathering of unemployed youth at the launch of 50-day free coaching for job aspirants from rural areas, offered by Errabelli Dayakar Rao Charitable Trust, at Palakurthy in Jangaon district on Thursday.

The Commissioner wanted the youth to be honest and determined in their efforts to secure job. “As many 25,000 jobs are notified and it is a great opportunity for the unemployed and must be utilised in an effective manner,” said.

An in inspiring address to the youth, Ravinder told them not to worry over their educational or financial background. “I come from a middle-class family and I studied only in government institutions. Where we study is not important but how we study and how serious we are, is the key for the success,” he explained.

The official lauded the Trust founder Palakurthy MLA Errabelli Dayakar Rao and the Trust chairperson Usha Dayakar Rao for their initiative, which, he said, would prove to be beneficial for the rural youth.

The Trust chairperson Usha and its coordinator E Rajanikanth Rao explained the Trusts’ activities. Medical support was offered to over 10,000 persons through medical camps, as many 400 poor patients, diagnosed with heart ailments, were helped to undergo surgeries and conducted job melas for rural youth.

Prof Jayashanker Academy was engaged to train the candidates from 9 am to 5 pm and there would be a test every weekend. Senior government officials would be invited to give guest lectures, they informed.

Addressing to the youth, MLA Dayakar Rao asked them not to skip the classes and be disciplined in their preparation. ‘Palakurthy constituency should top the State in getting the jobs. I will interact with you and check your attendance,’ he told them.

Dayakar Rao said that he would derive happiness in serving public and added it was his target to ensure at least 50 youth in every village in the constituency get government jobs. G Venkanna and Hadiba Sultana, who spoke on the occasion, thanked the MLA for offering free coaching and promised to secure jobs. DCP M Malla Reddy and the academy director M Satyanarayana Chary also spoke.
