Osmania University: Leader of OU Students JAC, Chanagani Dayakar on Tuesday demanded release of Rs 150 crore to the University. Speaking to media at the campus, he said that Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao categorically announced Rs 200 crore to the university during OU centenary celebrations. But only Rs 50 crore has been released so far, Dayakar alleged. He warned of mega agitation programme if the remaining funds were not released. JAC leaders V Sanjay, RL Murthy, P Ganesh, RN Shankar, Pratap Reddy, Ranjith, Santosh Mudiraj were present.
