Mahbubnagar: Taking charge as the new chairman for Agriculture Market Committee in Mahbubnagar, Kadam Anjayenilu stressed that he is having a clear cut vision to ensure the farming community gets best remunerative prices for the their produce.

“Farmers welfare is our priority, we will ensure that whatever the government is doing for the well-being of farmers we will ensure all these benefits are received to each and every individual farmer visiting the agriculture market,” said Kadam Aanjeilu, the newly sworn in chairman.

Apart from taking charge of the Agriculture Committee chairman, he also inducted the newly elected executive members of the committee on the occasion.

Stressing that there is a need to provide lot of facilities and amenities in the agriculture market for the farmers, the chairman said he would work towards getting all those facilities other necessary amenities from the government and ensure that farmers get the maximum benefits.

The chairman said that the state government is doing maximum to benefit the farmers in all aspects. Be it providing minimum support price, or giving 24/7 free power supply, Raitu Bandhu, Raitu Bhima, providing subsidised seeds and many more initiatives have been taken by the government for their welfare.

Most importantly, the government had taken up building of large scale godowns to increase the storage capacity of agriculture produce in the district, observed the chairman.

On the occasion S. Prabhakar, Market Committee vice president, Pitlaa Balakistaiah, Chandrasekhar, Chandu Yadav, Peddalli Jambulaiah, Chenna Reddy, J. Ramulu Nayak, Sharatbabu, Manusani Anuradha and other members also took charge as other members of administrative body of Agriculture market on Friday.
