Govt issues Panchayat Raj ACT guidelines

Hyderabad: The Government on Wednesday issued guidelines for Panchayat Raj Act in Telangana State.

The officials concerned issued in this regard announcing 30 duties and responsibilities of panchayat secretaries for 2018.

The Government issued orders providing the same for secretaries of village panchayats.

The Panchayat Raj Act has been launched with an aim to strengthen rural governance through village panchayats with funds and responsibilities for all round development.
