Contractors pulled up for tardy road works

Serilingampally: Corporator Hamid Patel made a sudden inspection of newly laid roads and manholes at New PJR Nagar in Kondapur division on Thursday. He inspected newly constructed roads and other construction works and expressed his dissatisfaction at poor quality of works and delays in completion of works.

In this context, he warned the respective contractors who have tendered for the works to finish the works before deadlines and maintain the defined standards. Among those present on occasion include area committee member Karim, colony president Venkati, Anil Ramulu and others.
