Regimental Bazaar: Huge crowds at Keyes High School went into raptures at a musical nite held recently. South Indian playback singer Unni Menon rendered a large number of most popular melodies of Malayalam and a few in Tamil including all the songs requested by the audience. Unni Menon and Devika Balasubramaniam won repeated applause for rendering the most popular melodies. They also presented some fast paced numbers on popular demand.

The ‘Sangeetha Sandhya’ was organised by the All India Malayalees Association (AIMA), Telangana. Chairman and managing director of NMDC, N Bijendra Kumar, the chief guest praised the AIMA for donating medicines worth Rs5.5 cr for people affected in the recent floods in Kerala. T S C Prasad,the president of AIMA Telangana, M K Sasikumar, national president of AIMA, other AIMA office-bearers Gokulam Gopalan (general secretary), P N Sreekumar (vice-president), K U Isaac (treasurer),and C G Chandra Mohan (vice-president), Pulse Pharma director Kiron Das, International Karate Champion Kavya Menon, AIMA-T vice-president LawrenceVerghesewere present.
