Nalgonda: The suspense over suspected suicide pact of two missing girls, Habib Unnisa and Shravani, came to an end as the two girls were united with their respective families on Monday.
After two days of rigorous searching in waters of Udayasamudram reservoir at Pangal, the police, based on CCTV camera footage at railway station in Nalgonda on January 31, the day when the girls went missing, have traced the girls to Vijayawada in neighbouring Andhra Pradesh through cell phone signals. The police handed over them to their parents after producing the the girls before the media during a press meet held at Nalgonda two town police station on Monday.
The girls scripted suicide drama and left for Vijayawada to live together forever by doing private jobs. The girls expressing concern over the restrictions imposed by their parents scripted the suicide drama to divert the attention of their families and left for Vijayawada. Parents of the duo girls thanked two town CI Basha and police staff for uniting their children with them.
