Osmania University: Several left wing student organisations will be taking out a ‘Chalo Delhi’ rally on February 18 to protest against anti-education policies of the Central government. Students of the organisations on Wednesday released a poster in front of Arts College here on Wednesday.

Speaking on the occasion, the student leaders criticised Prime Minister Narendra Modi for giving importance to posting RSS and Sangh Parivar activists in education sector and weakening the scientific education system. They hit out at Modi for devaluing the UGC and neglecting the system. They expressed anger over the Central government for not recruiting lecturers in the universities. The student leaders Murthy (SFI), Kampelli Srinivas (AISF), Dubba Ranjith, Gaddam Shyam, Nageswar Rao (PDSU) and others took part in the programme.
