He arranged a loud speaker on his bike and has been explaining the benefits of prompt payment of electricity bills. He has been campaigning that power connections will be disconnected if the chargers are not paid.
Speaking to THI, he said that people who have to pay due should come forward to clear them. His initiative is catching the attention of people.
