The Telangana State Council of Higher Education TSCHE and Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad JNTUH have announced the schedule for Telangana State Engineering, Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test 2019 TS Eamcet2019

Hyderabad: The Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) and Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad (JNTU-H) have announced the schedule for Telangana State Engineering, Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test 2019 (TS Eamcet-2019).

Addressing at a joint media conference media here on Saturday, TSCHE chairman Prof T Papi Reddy and JNTU-H Vice Chancellor and chairman of the TS Eamcet-2019, Prof A Venugopal Reddy announced that the Computer-Based Test (CBT) entrance test through online mode will be held on May 3, 4 and 6 for engineering and on May 8 and 9 for Agriculture and Pharmacy stream respectively.

Prof Papi Reddy said notification for the TS Eamcet-2019 appears on March 3 and submission of online applications will start from March 6.The last date for submission of online applications without late fee is April 5 and applicants are allowed to make corrections to the online application data already submitted by the candidate from April 6 to 9.

With a late fee of Rs 500 and Rs 1,000 applications can be submitted until April 11 and April 17, respectively. Hall-tickets will be generated from April 18 and the same could be downloaded from the website from April 20 till May 1.Candidates can also submit online applications with a late fee of Rs 5,000 till April 24 and with a late fee of Rs 10,000 till April 28.

The CBT examinations will be held in two sessions in the morning and afternoon. The morning session will be held from 10 am to 1 pm and the afternoon test will be from 3 pm to 6 pm, he added.The Engineering (E) entrance will be held on May 3, 4 and 6 and the Agriculture and Pharmacy (AM) will be held on May 8 and 9, he said.He said that the entrance test will be held in the Test Centers (TC) in 54 cities and towns in 18 Test Zones (TZ) in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.

Accordingly, under Hyderabad Central TZ the TCs will be located in Abids, Nacharam and Secunderabad and the TCs under East TZ will be in Aushapur, Boduppal, Cherlapally IDA, Chatkesar, Keesara, Korremula and Uppal Depot.Similarly, the TCs of Hyderabad North TZ will in Dundigal, Maisammaguda, Medchal and Old Alwal. And, the TCs under the Hyderabad South East TZ will be located in Hayathnagar, Nagole, Ibrahimpatnam, Karmanghat, LB Nagar, Nadargul, Shamshabad and Ramoji Film City.

Likewise, the TCs of Hyderabad West TZ will be located in Hafeezpet, Himayathsagar, Bachupally, Kukatapally, Gandhipet, Shaikpet and Moinabad.With regard to the test centres in the districts, Prof Papi Reddy said in Nalgonda district, the test centres will be in Nalgonda and Kodada, under Khammam TZ in Sathupally and Palvoncha.

TCs under Karimnagar TZ will be located in Jagtial, Karimnagar and Manthani and the TCs under Mahbubnagar TZ will in Kurnool and Mahbubnagar.Similarly, the test centres of Medak TZ will be located in Narasapur, Sultanpur, Patancheru, Rudraram and Siddipet. There will be one TC under Adilabad TZ in Adilabad and two TCs at Armoor and Nizamabad under Nizambad TZ.

Under Warangal TZ, the TCs will be located in Warangal and Hanamkonda, and one TC each will be located in Hasanparthy and Narasmpet TZs.In Andhra Pradesh, the TCs will be located in Vijayawada, Visakhapatnam and Tirupati.

The registration fee for SCs and STs is Rs 400 for Engineering and it is the same for those applying for Agriculture and Medical stream. For others, the registration fee is Rs 800 for each stream.However, if a student opts to appear for both engineering and agricultural and medical streams, then, the registration fee for SC and STs will be Rs 800 and Rs 1,600 for others, he said.
