No mulaqat of Jagan, wife on wedding day

Hyderabad: YSR Congress Party president Y S Jaganmohan Reddy, who has been on fast for four days in Chanchalguda Jail, could not celebrate his wedding anniversary with his family members on Wednesday. Sources said that Jagan’s wife Bharathi sought permission to meet him but the jail authorities turned down her request to meet him along with their two children to celebrate the 17th wedding anniversary. The family had come together on the last anniversary in the jail.

Meanwhile, as Jagan refuses to take any food, doctors are constantly monitoring his health and conducting regular checkups. His condition is stated to be stable. Anticipating the rush of YSR workers and Jagan’s supporters, police tightened the security further on the day. Several workers who staged dharna in front of the jail were forcibly removed.
