They have completed their research under the guidance of Prof N Rama Swamy. Hadi submitted his doctoral thesis on the topic ‘Investigation of secondary metabolites production, optimization of agribacterium tumefaciens mediated genetic transformation and green synthesis of silver nano-particles in silybum marianum (L) using plant biotechnological based approaches’. 

Hanamkonda: Two Iranian nationals, Mohammad Hadi Ebrahimzadeh and Fatemeh Soghra Younesikelaki have been awarded Ph D in Biotechnology by Kakatiya University.

They have completed their research under the guidance of Prof N Rama Swamy. Hadi submitted his doctoral thesis on the topic ‘Investigation of secondary metabolites production, optimization of agribacterium tumefaciens mediated genetic transformation and green synthesis of silver nano-particles in silybum marianum (L) using plant biotechnological based approaches’.

Fatemeh submitted her thesis on ‘In vitro micropropagation, genetic transformation, plant secondary metabolites production and green synthesis of nano-particles in althaea officinalis (L) using plant biotechnological Approaches.’ They both completed their PG from Osmania University, Hyderabad.
