Jammikunta singing of national anthem completes one month
Every citizen must develop national spirit to live in harmony with all sections of people in the society, advised Finance Minister Eatala Rajender. He appreciated the efforts of police officials, who took initiation for developing national spirit among the people by making them sing national song ‘Janaganamana’.

The national song will be played every day in the morning at 8 at the 16 main centres in Jammikunta. To make the programme successful, mike sets were arranged at every center.
As soon as the song is played, everyone has to stand wherever they are and sing the song, showing their respect and spirit of nationalism in Jammikunta. The step was launched one month ago with the initiation taken by Jammikunta
police officials.
The Minister hoisted the national flag in a programme on Friday, organised on the occasion of successful completion of one month of singing the national song.
Speaking on the occasion, the Finance Minister said that the Jammikunta police had got national recognition for developing the national spirit among the people by taking the initiation of singing a national song every day in the
morning.
The people of Jammikunta, from small children to aged persons will sing the song every day morning and they have set an example for others in the State and in the country.
Commissioner of Police V B Kamalasan Reddy said that the people of Jammikunta came forward voluntarily for installing about 62 CCTV Cameras as part of ‘Neenu Saitham’ programme and are standing as an example cooperating with the police personnel extending their support to maintain law and order under control.
Later, Minister Rajender along with Commissioner of Police V B Kamalasan Reddy, inaugurated 5K Run, conducted on the occasion of successful completion of playing national song for one month.
The 5K Run was held from Jammikunta to Jaggaiahpalli in which, about 6,000 people from all sections participated. Jammikunta Police Inspector Prashanth Reddy, Rural Circle Inspector Narayana, the representatives of several Voluntary organisations were present along with the local people.
