Narsampet (Warangal): Telangana JAC would continue its fight in the reconstruction of separate Telangana State, as it has been working up in achieving statehood to the region, said the TJAC chairman Prof. Kodandaram. Speaking at a divisional level meeting of women’s wing of TJAC held to discuss the ongoing developments regarding Telangana and the reconstruction of the new state here on Sunday, he said that emphasis would be laid on making the new State a progressive one.
Special focus would be laid on education, medical facilities and employment generation, he said. Referring to the delay in putting up the Cabinet note and moving Telangana bill in the Parliament, Kodandaram said prolonging the issue would only aggravate the tensions between the people of regions. TNGOs general secretary K Ravinder Reddy, Telangana Lecturers Forum leader K Venkataswamy, Telangana Employees leader M Satyanarayana, JAC women’s wing leader Aruna and others were present.
