Internship Programme On Automobile Engg Starts At JNTU-H . The programme titled as ‘finishing school on automobile designing using reverse engineering and rapid prototyping’ will end on January 12.

A seven-day internship programme on automobile designing has started at the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad (JNTU-H) on Monday. More than 270 students from Visakhapatnam, Vijayawada, Warangal and even from Bhubaneswar and Bengaluru have been participating in the programme organised by the Department of Mechanical Engineering of the varsity under National Technology Awareness Campaign.

The programme titled as ‘finishing school on automobile designing using reverse engineering and rapid prototyping’ will end on January 12. Inaugurating the programme, Prof E Saibaba Reddy declared that more and more industry-oriented workshops will be held in the months to come.

At the end of the programme, a certificate will be issued to participants which will be of utmost use for them in the Industry. Hundred meritorious students will be selected for industrial research projects from all zonal centres. Different parts of technology for complete end to end designing, analysis and simulation of automobile, engine using Ricardo wave and reverse engineering technology with rapid form and think3 with all live tools will be taught in 55 hours to the students.
Car Styling professionals of the industry like Nitin Jhamb, Ayush Kumar Singh who earlier worked with more than 160 Projects of DRDO, Maruti Suzuki, Yamaha, Minda, Lumax, ISML SUZU, Re Designing of Sukohi 30 and Military Tanks and more will share their knowledge.
