Anantapur: Satellite technology plays an important role for any country to progress further, said former Director of Satish Dhawan Space Centre MYS Prasad while addressing at 18th convocation of Sri Krishnadevaraya University, here on Thursday.
He advised the students to carry out research in the field.
Speaking on the occasion, HRD Minister Ganta Srinivas Rao said the government had allocated more than Rs 20,000 for education. He said a Central University will be established in Anantapur and Tribal University for Vizianagaram. The Minister hailed Chandrababu for developing the State.
