Pratt & Whitney offers GTF Engine courses
Pratt & Whitney, a division of United Technologies Corp. has announced that its GTF and V2500 engine technical training courses have been certified by the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) while the former has been okayed by Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA).
Hyderabad: Pratt & Whitney, a division of United Technologies Corp. has announced that its GTF and V2500 engine technical training courses have been certified by the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) while the former has been okayed by Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA).
The certified courses will be offered in the institute’s Customer Training Center in Hyderabad. It is poised to enhance opportunities for aviation skill development. “In keeping with the Pratt & Whitney traditions, this program brings the latest in aerospace technology and training closer,” said Palash Roy Chowdhury, Country Manager, Pratt & Whitney, United Technologies Corporation India. The Hyderabad Training Center has a capacity of 5,000 student days per year.
