Marking the occasion of Children's Day, several cricketers took to social media to wish kids on the special day. While a few players shared their childhood pics, others chose to post images of their children and wished the best for the little ones all over.
Leading the way with hearty wishes was batting maestro Sachin Tendulkar. Taking to Twitter, the former Indian cricketr shared a collage comprising his pictures with children.
Giving Sachin Tendulkar company in sending out love to the young fans, star batsman Rohit Sharma posted an endearing video of his daughter Samaira.
Joining the cricketing fraternity in wishing the kids was dashing opener Shikhar Dhawan. The flamboyant southpaw posted a beautiful picture collage with his kids and shared, "Love these cuties like anything. Thank you for all that you have taught me and making me experience the beautiful feeling of fatherhood. Blessings always. Happy Children's Day to all."
Hard-hitting all-rounder Hardik Pandya too commemorated Children's Day with a social media post. Sharing one of his adorable pictures with children, Pandya wrote, "Happy Children's Day. This was a fun day out with these children. Took me back to my childhood and brought back those priceless memories."

Suresh Raina, on the other hand, expressed concern over the worsening climatic conditions and wished the children get a better environment to grow. "Seeing the pollution levels, All I wish for on this #childrenDay is do any bit I can to give children a climate where they can grow up close to the nature with fresh air & clean water. They deserve a healthy environment to grow & flourish! #ChildrensDay2019," the World Cup winning cricketer tweeted.
