: Post England's historic first-time win at the ICC Cricket World Cup 2019, multiple Indian supporters of the New Zealand team expressed their disappointment with the ICC rules.

As per ICC's rules, Team England became the world champions as they had hit more boundaries during the match -- 17 for New Zealand and 26 for the hosts. This came after both the teams scored 15 runs each in the super over - since England had more boundaries to their name, they won the match which didn't go down well with fans supporting New Zealand team, including many India fans. Many celebrities and sportsmen took to Twitter and slammed the ICC's rules.
