DPS Nacharam reign supreme, bag overall championship trophy
Delhi Public School (DPS) Nacharam bagged the overall championship trophy in the CBSE Interschool Kabaddi Competition Cluster –VII in Under-17 Boys category held at St. Peter’s Edu School, Hanumakonda, Warangal.
Hyderabad: Delhi Public School (DPS) Nacharam bagged the overall championship trophy in the CBSE Interschool Kabaddi Competition Cluster –VII in Under-17 Boys category held at St. Peter's Edu School, Hanumakonda, Warangal.
As many as 82 teams from different schools of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana participated in the tournament.
The event was inaugurated by chief guest Mohammad Aziz Khan, former national gold medallist and State vice president of Kabaddi Tournament.
The champions DPS Nacharam exhibited their prowess by remaining unbeaten in the tournament in the run up to winning the gold medal and qualified for the Nationals to be held in Chandigarh.
The Kabaddi coach of DPS Nacharam, Vasuri Srinivas, who has been an inspiration to the team was revered by the players for his rigorous training and motivation.
The Chairman Komaraiah and the Principal Sunita.S.Rao of DPS Nacharam, congratulated the team for their remarkable achievement and have promised the team of giving their support and guidance for the accomplishment of their goal at the upcoming National event.
