As Direct to Home (DTH) operators regain their composure after the busy and rather long period of stabilization after the implementation of the new tariff request as mandated by the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI), now we find a variety of offers to attract new customers. Dish TV has announced new prices for its set-top boxes (STB), as well as some package offers.
Dishtv is now offering the STB DishNXT for Rs 1.490. This includes one month of the Super Family package as well, which includes 230 SD channels. The DishNXT STB is an SD (standard definition) box and is ideal for customers who do not have a high definition television (HD) or do not want to subscribe to generally more expensive HD channels. The second offer is in the HD STB DishNXT, which now has a price of Rs 1,590.
