Telangana State Tourism Development Corporation (TSTDC) has commenced a four-day soft and industrial skill training for their staff to educate them on the new challenges and developments in hospitality industry.
Hyderabad: Telangana State Tourism Development Corporation (TSTDC) has commenced a four-day soft and industrial skill training for their staff to educate them on the new challenges and developments in hospitality industry.
The Tourism Corporation has started the four-day skill training in association with the Institute of Hotel Management, Vidyanagar and it was inaugurated by TSTDC Chairman P Bhupathi Reddy.
TSTDC Managing Director B Manohar said the hospitality industry throws new challenges and developments and demands anticipated by the prospective tourists and also how to handle them.
Bhupathi Reddy said the TSTDC also aims to upgrade the facilities provided at all the Haritha Hotels and resorts in a competitive methodology to provide better services and facilities to the tourists.
The unit managers of the corporation would be attending the four-day training session at Vidyanagar.
