Additional DCP (Law & Order) S Srinivas along with IT Core Team in-charge Qureshi held a meeting with the members of Blue Colts teams at the Commissionerate in Karimnagar on Tuesday.
Srinivas informed Blue Colts team members that rewards will be given to those members, who render best services. He acclaimed the Blue Colts that crime rate drastically fell down in the city in recent times due to the continuous patrolling by Blue Colts teams and open drinking also came down heavily.
Srinivas felt that the police personnel should be fit both physically and mentally to provide better services. Cops must explain the people about the benefits of installing CCTV cameras in their colonies, hawk eye service and cordon and search operations and involve them in the installation of cameras CCTV cameras.
Police personnel must maintain cordial relations with the public and by conducting vigorous patrolling should gather all the information of various regions and must convey it to the authorities concerned from time to time. While patrolling in various localities, the police must keep an eye on history-sheeters of that particular locality.
All the members working in Blue Colts teams must have knowledge of modern and advanced technology so that it would help them to crack down the cases with ease.
