The chief minister directed Minister V Prashanth Reddy to take review on the works in every second day. He asked the officials to complete the pump house works fixing motors soon and added that he would come for inauguration of these pumps.
Earlier, Chief Minister walked through Godavari River and offered pooja by throwing coins.
Government whip P Rajeshwar Reddy, MLc S Subhash Reddy, MP J Santosh ZP chairperson Tula Uma, former MP B Vinod Kumar and senior officials were also present.
