Digital kiosks offer hassle-free services at Vemulawada temple
Rajanna- Sircilla: Digital services aimed at improving convenience for devotees were launched at the Bhimeshwara Swamy Temple, a sub-shrine of Sri Rajarajeshwara Swamy Devasthanam in Vemulawada, on Wednesday.
Temple Executive Officer (EO) L. Ramadevi inaugurated newly installed digital kiosks and prasadam counters near the Bhimeshwara Sadan accommodation facility and inside the temple premises after performing special prayers.
The kiosks allow devotees to use UPI and other digital payment modes to purchase tickets for laddus, pulihora prasadam and various pooja services. The initiative is expected to streamline services and reduce waiting time at counters.
EO Ramadevi said the facilities were introduced to ensure faster, transparent and hassle-free services for devotees.
DEO Naveen Kumar, superintendent Srinivas Sharma, chief priests, Vedic scholars and temple staff attended the programme.
