Gadwal: Sruthi Ojha takes charge as Gadwal Collector
Sruthi Ojha has assumed charge as the new District Collector of Jogulamba Gadwal district on Monday.
Gadwal: Sruthi Ojha has assumed charge as the new District Collector of Jogulamba Gadwal district on Monday. After the transfer of K Shashanka, the State government had taken nearly a month to appoint the new collector for the district.
After taking charge, Ojha said that she was happy for being appointed as the Gadwal District Collector and would do all that was necessary for the growth of the district.
Sruthi Ojha is a 2013 batch IAS officer and she earlier served as Additional Commissioner in Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation. The people and local leaders in Gadwal also expressed happiness for having a new collector.
"It feels great to have been appointed as District Collector of Gadwal. I shall do my best to ensure that the people of Gadwal excel in all respects," observed the Ojha while assuming charge.
