Huzurnagar: It is every healthy person's duty to donate blood to the needy to save their lives in emergency, stated a cyclist Jayadev from West Bengal who has been on cycle yatra of 2,000 km to spread awareness on blood donation. He reached Huzurnagar on Tuesday where he was accorded a warm welcome by the members of Ambedkar Youth Association, Jeevadara Trust. He was also felicitated by local Tahsildar Jayasri on the day.

Speaking on the occasion, Jayadev stated that he started his 2,000 km journey from West Bengal on November 7, 2019 to create awareness among people about the importance of blood donation. Ambedkar Youth Association president Chadpangu Vinod, Jeevadara Trust chairman Madasu Gopi, DSR Trust chairman D Babu Rao, MSF leaders Satish Laxman and others were present.
