Vikarabad: As part of preventive measures to control the spread of Coronavirus, Municipal chairperson Manjula Ramesh held a meeting with owners of hotels, bakeries, and wine shops here on Thursday. Manjula said the spreading of the virus could be prevented by taking up hygienic measures.

She advised people to maintain personal hygiene and aged should wear masks compulsorily. She directed the owners of hotel, eateries and wine shops to maintain cleanliness at their premises and make sanitisers available for the customers. The chairperson told them to create awareness about the spread of the virus.

Municipal manager Naresh Kumar, MEPMA co-ordinator M Venkatesh, environmental engineer Srinivas, health inspector Praveen, in-charge sanitary inspector Yesudasu, jawans Chinnaih, Vinod, and other staff were present.
