The Institution of Engineers (India) (IEI), Telangana State Centre, organised a lecture on ‘Time Management’ through Zoom cloud meeting app on on Wednesday.
Hyderabad: The Institution of Engineers (India) (IEI), Telangana State Centre, organised a lecture on 'Time Management' through Zoom cloud meeting app on Wednesday.
Speaker Dr S Satyanarayana, the former chairman of IEI-TSC, said the most common difficulty besetting modern, educated, and experienced business persons generally was inability to cope with the problems of time management and balancing both office and personal life. They are upset by problems both in the business and personal life.
One of the reasons is, not fully understanding the value of time and improper planning of time. Good time management allows one to accomplish more in a shorter period of time, which leads to more free time, which lets one take advantage of learning opportunities. It lower stress and helps one focus more, which leads to more career success.
The lecture has been structured keeping the young entrepreneurs in mind, so that they improve their "Effectiveness Quotient" and become an enlightened consumer of time without sacrificing their personal life.
Dr G Rameswar Rao, Chairman, IEI-TSC, presided over the meeting and welcomed the gathering and Er T Anjaiah, Hon. Secretary, IEI-TSC, proposed a vote of thanks.
