Hyderabad: Man falls off building in Amberpet, dies
A 30-year-old watchman was dead after he fell from a multi-storied building here at DD Colony in Amberpet here on Sunday night.
A 30-year-old watchman was dead after he fell from a multi-storied building here at DD Colony in Amberpet here on Sunday night. It is yet to be known if the man committed suicide or accidentally slipped from the building.
The deceased, identified as Balaji is a native of Mahabubnagar district and was working as the watchman in the apartment. He stayed in a room in the basement along with his family.
According to the police, the apartment residents heard a loud sound on Sunday night and rushed to check it. Later, they found the watchman lying in the pool of blood. The Amberpet police reached the spot and sent the body to a hospital morgue. An investigation is on.
In a similar incident, a watchman died after he accidentally slipped from the under-construction building at Hydernagar in KPHB colony on Saturday night. The watchman was identified as V Trimurthulu (41), a native of Vemulavada village of East Godavari district.
