Migrants workers staged a protest at Gachibowli demanding the government to send them to their native places. The workers protested at the construction site of a multi-national company at Gopanpally and raised slogans against the company management.

The workers are said to have been working at the construction site for the last few months. They demanded to send them back to their native places in special trains. Meanwhile, a few workers damaged the glass panes of the security room and office.

The management alerted the police who rushed to the spot and are pacifying the workers. The police and the revenue department officials are also speaking to the management of the company to sort out the issue.

The government is operating special trains to shift the migrant workers to their native places. Chief Minister of Telangana, K Chandrasekhar Rao said that the government would arrange 40 special trains to move hundreds of migrants workers back to their home state.
