Hyderabad police trace abducted boy within 24 hours
The Hyderabad police have traced an 18-month-old boy who was abducted when he was sleeping beside his mother at Chaderghat on Wednesday morning.
Hyderabad: The Hyderabad police have traced an 18-month-old boy who was abducted when he was sleeping beside his mother at Chaderghat on Wednesday morning. The police who launched an inquiry, based on CCTV footage have traced the miscreant at Talabkatta and rescued the child.
The boy identified as Mohammad Shadullah is a son of Roshini and Mohammad Aslam, both labourers.
The police said that Roshini made her son sleep beside her near Hotel Niagara, Chaderghat after having dinner on Tuesday night. When she woke up on Wednesday morning, she found her son was missing and approached the Chaderghat police.
The police verified the CCTV footage in the surroundings and a team was deployed to examine the roads leading to the area. Meanwhile, the accused was taken into custody and sent to remand.
