Hyderabad: SCR to run special trains for Dasara and Diwali
- Special trains for Diwali and Dasara to be run for South-Central Railway
- The trains will be run to Kochuvelli, Ernakulam and Srikakulam
To cater rush during festivals like Dasara and Diwali, the South Central Railway (SCR) is running special trains, said CH Rakesh, CPRO, South Central Railway.
Train number 07115/07116 will start around 9 pm on October 5 from Nampally to Kochuvelli. It will arrive in Kochuvelli on October 7 morning at 7.45 am and then return to Nampally at 2 pm. The trains will run on October 5, 12, 19 and 26 from Nampally and will reach to Kochuvelli on October 7, 14, 21 and 28.
Train number 07117/07118 will start from Nampally around 12.50 pm on October 2, 9, 16, 23, 30 and reach Ernakulam on October 3, 10, 17, 24, 31 at 9.30 pm.
Train number 07148/07147 will start from Kacheguda on October 6 at 6.45 and reach Srikakulam in the next morning at 8.55 am. The trains will be run from Kacheguda around 5.15 pm on October 6, 13, 20, 27 and November 3, 10, 17, 24 and December 1, 8, 15, 22, 29 and reach Srikalkulam on October 7, 14, 21, 28 and November 4,11,18,25 and December 2,9,16,23,30 at 6.30 am.
