Basheerbagh: Telangana Non-gazetted Officers Association Women's wing organised a two-day sports event on the occasion of International Women's day. Venkateshwar Reddy, chairman of Sports Authority of Telangana state, TNGO association president Karam Ravinder Reddy and TNGO women's wing chairperson Bandaru Raechal inaugurated the event here at LB Stadium on Tuesday.
Women employees participated in various sports competition held during the event with enthusiasm. Speaking on the occasion, Raechal said that the sports would act as stress buster to women employees who face stress as part of their duties amid four walls of offices. She urged women employees to do physical exercises regularly to improve their health. She said that the sports event was conducted as part of International Women's Day celebrations in the state.
