He was addressing the review meeting of sarpanches and MPTCs held here. Assuring them of prompt cooperation from his side, Jaggareddy said development cannot be possible without funds.
"I met KCR and ministers Harish Rao, KTR for the funds. I call upon all the people's representatives to work together," he said. He, however, expressed doubts whether he would be successful in gaining funds from the government.
