Patancheru: The KCR government is extending all kinds of support to the disabled, said local MLA Gudem Mahipal Reddy, while addressing the International Day of Persons with Disabilities celebrations organised by GHMC.

Reddy listed the welfare schemes and incentives being implemented by the government for the benefit of disabled so that they can face life boldly. While distributing tricycles, wheelchairs and tools to the disabled persons, Reddy advised them to better utilise the government incentives. Among those present on the occasion were Project Officer Punyavati, MPDO Anant Reddy, Corporator Thonta Anjayya, TRS leader Vijay.

Aid distributed to disabled

BHEL: On the occasion of the World Disability Day, BHEL Hyderabad BDAEW Association donated as part of the PSU's corporate social responsibility, 19 wheelchairs, six tricycles, one battery tricycle, 10 pairs of hearing aids, 10 daisy players for blind, five clutches and 10 muscular handicapped kits.
