A mentally ill man created ruckus here on road no. 3 at Banjara Hills. He tried to hurl stones at the commuters near the traffic signal.
Feared of his moves, locals alerted the police who rushed to the spot and tied him up with ropes. He was later shifted to the police station in an auto-rickshaw. According to the police, the man was identified as Raksha Raju who works in a software firm.
Raju, a resident of Tirumulgherry is said to have lost his conscious after love failure. The police shifted him to the mental hospital in Erragadda.
