Ministers, MLAs and other public representatives on Sunday participated in 'Every Sunday 10 minutes at 10 am' aimed at maintaining cleanliness and preparedness to control the seasonal diseases.
Hyderabad: Ministers, MLAs and other public representatives on Sunday participated in 'Every Sunday 10 minutes at 10 am' aimed at maintaining cleanliness and preparedness to control the seasonal diseases.
Ministers and MLAs participated in the drive at their homes. Municipal Administration Minister KT Rama Rao checked stagnant water in the flower pots and other corners of the house. The water from pots was removed and sprayed anti-larval medicine in the Pragathi Bhavan premises. ''Since people have become health conscious they should take precautionary steps for avoiding seasonal diseases like Dengue, Malaria, Chikungunya with unity,'' said KT Rama Rao.

He said that the state government was prepared to control the seasonal diseases in all the municipalities but people also should support in those municipalities. Everyone should take time for ten minutes at 10 am every Sunday thereby controlling seasonal diseases.
